Slowtagging: Yes to you, and yes to me. Sometimes I will be fast like ninja, others I may take what seems like an obscenely long time to reply. This is because real life is crazy, and if you're a member of AI, I assume you understand this, but if I'm screwing you up, please just let me know and I will tag as quickly as I'm able, no problem.
Canon-puncturing Stiles: Oh, please do, it will delight him.
Canon-puncturing you (!!IMPORTANT!!): Stiles, while not always the most graceful kid, is pretty quick on the uptake, so for his own safety he will immediately pick up that he shouldn't canon-puncture everyone he sees. BUT BOY OH BOY, HE WILL WANT TO. I won't let him actually puncture anybody unless it's either explicitly stated on your permissions page that I can, or I've talked to you about it. Just know that 1) Stiles is a pop culture junkie, and 2) if your character is from a remotely popular canon, he will recognize them and say as much in his narrative.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): In terms of talking, sure, but I can't promise he won't be offended depending upon the context. I don't have to elaborate that it's not cool to try to rape my character or something like that without permission, do I?

IC

Hugging this character: Yes. If your character is hot, I cannot promise he 1) won't be reluctant to let go, or 2) get a boner if it lasts more than a moment. Virginal teenage boy, here.
Kissing this character: Gosh yes. How he reacts will depend entirely on the context. If your character is attractive, he will probably be astonished. If your character is not, he will probably just be slightly awkward but polite.
Flirting with this character: Bring it on. Stiles is bisexual, and will be amazed and delighted by flirting from pretty much anyone semi-attractive. Just don't expect him to be proficient at it in return.
Fighting with this character: Verbally, he can be pretty stubborn and excitable, so be prepared for that. Physically, he plays lacrosse and doesn't have a bad physique, but he's not good at fighting and does not like pain. He will probably cower and try to talk his way out of it.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): I am always and forever open to this, just let's talk first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: LOL, have fun with the rapid-fire mire of that brain.

General Warnings: As his username probably already alerted you, this kid is sarcastic as hell. He also sometimes fails to have a proper sense of his own safety. This comes from hanging around werewolves too much and being a 17 year-old boy.

Godmodding

In general, if Stiles isn't around, he's at home. He doesn't like staying at the hotel for long stretches because he's worried he'll miss out on something important or someone will do something boneheaded and get themselves killed. (This is not an unreasonable paranoia.)

Specifically, Isaac is allowed to godmod Stiles to a point, to be designated as we go along.
